All the photos displayed in the "Indira Gandhi Memorial" are of important and selected ones. Almost all of them carry a caption below the photographs. This make us understand the photo and its significance. Well, among the thousands of photos displayed, there is only one where Indira Gandhi dances along with Manipuri pakhang-leisha known as thabal chongba. But unfortunately, this very photo has no caption, and thus all the visitors at the memorial must be having a question.
